Job Summary

Ambitious professionals will find a full-time remote Business Development Representative opportunity focused on driving outbound prospecting, generating Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs), and collaborating with Account Executives and Solution Engineers to support sales strategies.

Key responsibilities
  • Execute high-volume outbound prospecting through calls, emails, and social media to targeted accounts
  • Conduct discovery aligned to Same Side Selling methodology and ensure quality SQL handoff to Account Executives
  • Accurately track prospecting activity and pipeline in Salesforce while maintaining forecast visibility
Required qualifications
  • 1-3 years of outbound BDR/SDR experience, preferably in B2B technology
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
  • Experience generating SQLs through outbound prospecting
  • Strong CRM discipline, with Salesforce experience preferred
  • Confident cold-caller with effective objection-handling skills
