Job Summary
To support a high-impact sales organization, the part-time Business Development Representative will drive top-of-funnel activity by identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential customers remotely, while setting qualified appointments using company-provided lead sources.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct outbound outreach to company-provided leads through calls, emails, and texts
- Qualify leads based on pre-defined criteria and set appointments with sales advisors
- Utilize CRM and technology to manage lead status and maintain accurate records
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Preferred experience in sales, customer service, or outbound appointment setting
- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems preferred
- Insurance license is preferred but not required
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
