Job Summary
To drive sales and expand the client base, the full-time Business Development Representative will engage with potential clients through proactive outreach, manage relationships, and set appointments for Account Executives while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct a minimum of 50 dials per day to contact potential clients via cold calls and emails
- Build long-term trusting relationships and maintain an 80% or above show rate for scheduled meetings
- Report weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales results to the Business Development Manager
Required qualifications
- Proven work experience as a Business Development Representative or similar sales role
- Hands-on experience with various sales techniques, including cold calling
- Track record of achieving sales quotas
- Experience with CRM software, such as HubSpot
- Strong understanding of sales performance metrics
