Job Summary

To drive expansion through proactive outreach, the full-time remote Business Development Representative will generate new business opportunities via outbound calls, emails, and market research while building strong relationships with customers across the U.S. and Puerto Rico.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate new business through B2B outreach, cold calling, email campaigns, and research
  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing accounts
  • Collaborate with the nationwide sales team to grow your territory
Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years of B2B and cold-calling experience
  • Sales experience in commercial roofing or construction is a plus
  • Background in call centers or expo sales preferred
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
