Job Summary
To drive revenue growth, the full-time Business Development Representative will engage prospects through a mix of phone calls, emails, and other channels, while consistently meeting scheduling targets and collaborating with marketing and sales teams in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Initiate and nurture relationships with prospects through various communication methods
- Schedule meetings for salespersons by meeting established targets
- Maintain accurate records of leads and sales activities in Salesforce
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent sales experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in outbound sales or business development, preferably in SaaS
- Proficiency with sales engagement platforms such as SalesLoft and Outreach
- Preference for candidates with a finance background
- Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales goals
