Job Summary

To drive revenue growth, the full-time Business Development Representative will engage prospects through a mix of phone calls, emails, and other channels, while consistently meeting scheduling targets and collaborating with marketing and sales teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Initiate and nurture relationships with prospects through various communication methods
  • Schedule meetings for salespersons by meeting established targets
  • Maintain accurate records of leads and sales activities in Salesforce
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent sales experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in outbound sales or business development, preferably in SaaS
  • Proficiency with sales engagement platforms such as SalesLoft and Outreach
  • Preference for candidates with a finance background
  • Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales goals
