Job Summary

Driving top-of-funnel activity, the full-time remote Business Development Representative will identify, engage, and qualify potential customers across North America while setting appointments for the Corporate and Market-Based Re-Engagement sales teams.

Key responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound outreach to company-provided leads through calls, emails, and texts
  • Qualify leads based on pre-defined criteria and set appointments with Advisors
  • Leverage CRM and outreach programs to manage lead status and appointment activity
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ year of experience in sales, customer service, or outbound appointment setting preferred
  • Previous experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) sales systems preferred
  • Insurance license preferred, but not required
  • Proficient computer skills, including MS Office and CRM applications
