Job Summary
Driving growth through proactive outreach, the full-time remote Business Development Representative will generate qualified pipeline opportunities and expand market awareness by engaging with prospective employers, brokers, and consultants.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct strategic outbound prospecting to generate qualified meetings and pipeline opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with benefit brokers, consultants, and strategic channel partners
- Qualify prospects based on business need, fit, timing, and buying readiness before transitioning opportunities to sales leadership
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred but not required
- 2-4+ years of experience in B2B business development, sales development, or outbound prospecting
- Proven success generating meetings and pipeline through outbound prospecting
- Experience selling into employers, brokers, consultants, or healthcare-related organizations preferred
- Proficiency with CRM and sales engagement platforms such as Salesforce or similar tools
