Job Summary

To support a growing sales organization, the full-time Business Development Representative will generate new business opportunities, manage leads, and collaborate with sales and marketing teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Identify, pursue, and qualify leads while maintaining an accurate pipeline within CRM systems
  • Manage and track active and nurture leads within assigned territories, driving progression from marketing qualified to sales qualified opportunities
  • Develop an Individual Business Plan and continuously expand knowledge of industry trends and solution offerings
Required qualifications
  • Entry-level candidates are considered; 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing or business development role preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or IT preferred; Associates degree or equivalent work experience will be considered
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Business Intelligence or Statistics experience preferred
  • Proficient in speaking, reading, writing, and comprehending English
