Job Summary

To support payer partnership initiatives, the remote Business Development Representative will develop and execute targeted outreach campaigns, drive lead generation efforts, and facilitate discovery meetings, with a potential travel requirement of 5-10%.

Key responsibilities
  • Drive lead generation efforts to support overall sales objectives and maintain a pipeline of qualified payer partnership opportunities
  • Initiate and lead targeted outreach to prospective clients through personalized campaigns and strategic engagement techniques
  • Facilitate discovery meetings between prospective payer partners and internal stakeholders while maintaining accountability for closing smaller deals
Required qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience working with CRMs
  • 3+ years of experience within healthcare, payers, or behavioral health
  • Strong interest in healthcare partnerships, sales, or business development
  • Self-motivated and proactive with a commitment to personal and professional development
