Job Summary
To support a growing healthcare technology company, the full-time remote Business Development Representative will engage in prospecting, outbound client engagement, and qualification of potential clients while collaborating with sales and marketing teams to drive conversions.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospecting relevant organizations and contacts using various tools and platforms
- Identifying and qualifying potential clients through outreach via email, phone, and LinkedIn
- Maintaining and updating a database of prospect accounts and reporting on key metrics
Required Qualifications
- 6+ months of experience in a Sales Development Representative (SDR) or Business Development Representative (BDR) role, preferably outbound
- Proficiency in prospecting, qualifying leads, and setting appointments for Account Executives
- Strong adaptability to fast-paced and changing work environments
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and generate leads
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Outreach/Salesloft, and other sales tools
