Job Summary
Driven by metrics and results, the full-time remote Business Development Representative will proactively engage in high-volume outbound sales efforts, generating qualified leads through calls, emails, and social media while maintaining CRM accuracy and competing for performance bonuses.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct 60-80 outbound calls daily, setting 25-30 SQL meetings per month
- Research and build high-quality prospect lists using various sales tools
- Qualify prospects based on their needs and buying processes while maintaining CRM hygiene
Required qualifications
- 1.5-2+ years of experience in an SDR/BDR or outbound sales role within B2B SaaS or tech
- Proven ability to generate new pipeline through cold outreach
- Strong phone presence and effective discovery skills
- Experience with CRM and sales tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce
- Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
