Job Summary

Focusing on high-volume outreach, the full-time Business Development Representative will prospect and engage funeral home businesses to generate new sales opportunities and activate obituary placements, all while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting (100-120 phone calls per day) to funeral home businesses
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads and set appointments with decision-makers
  • Develop a working knowledge of the funeral home industry and local market dynamics
Required Qualifications
  • A track record of high achievement or a strong desire to begin and excel in a sales career
  • Previous sales or customer-facing experience, preferably phone-based
  • High energy, self-motivation, and resilience
  • Comfort handling objections and rejection daily
  • A naturally curious mindset with a passion for learning how businesses operate
