Job Summary
Focusing on high-volume outreach, the full-time Business Development Representative will prospect and engage funeral home businesses to generate new sales opportunities and activate obituary placements, all while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting (100-120 phone calls per day) to funeral home businesses
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads and set appointments with decision-makers
- Develop a working knowledge of the funeral home industry and local market dynamics
Required Qualifications
- A track record of high achievement or a strong desire to begin and excel in a sales career
- Previous sales or customer-facing experience, preferably phone-based
- High energy, self-motivation, and resilience
- Comfort handling objections and rejection daily
- A naturally curious mindset with a passion for learning how businesses operate
