Job Summary
Generating qualified pipeline and driving institutional partnerships, the full-time remote Business Development Representative will engage college and university decision-makers through strategic outbound efforts while translating enrollment trends into personalized outreach.
Key responsibilities
- Generate qualified meetings with decision-makers across various college and university departments
- Build and maintain targeted account lists aligned to the company's ideal customer profile
- Execute multi-channel outbound cadences with discipline and maintain CRM accuracy
Required qualifications
- 1-2+ years in a BDR, SDR, admissions, enrollment, fundraising, recruiting, or similar outbound role
- Exceptional written communication skills for crafting concise and personalized messaging
- Strong organizational habits with excellent CRM hygiene and consistent follow-through
- Comfort with using AI tools for research, personalization, and productivity
- Aspirations to grow into a Director of Partnerships, Partnership Success, or Marketing role
