Job Summary
To support a growing healthcare organization, the full-time remote Business Development Representative will manage cold calls to prospects, identify decision-makers, and collaborate with laboratory leadership on strategic sales approaches.
Key responsibilities
- Cold-call prospects and initiate the sales process by identifying decision-makers
- Collaborate with laboratory leadership and marketing to create and execute marketing campaigns
- Deliver presentations and product demonstrations while maintaining relationships with existing customers
Required qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent required; 4-year degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or telephonic sales
- Demonstrated ability to convert prospects and close deals while meeting sales targets
- Strong problem identification and objection resolution skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
