Job Summary

To support a mission of transforming tax compliance, the full-time remote Business Development Representative will generate qualified meetings and pipeline through outbound prospecting and inbound lead follow-up, collaborating with sales and marketing teams to drive growth.

Key responsibilities
  • Generate qualified meetings and pipeline through outbound prospecting and inbound lead follow-up
  • Convert leads to qualified meetings and sales opportunities through timely follow-up and effective discovery
  • Track outreach, outcomes, and next steps in CRM and sales engagement tools, maintaining accurate documentation
Required qualifications
  • 1+ years in sales development, inside sales, or a similar quota-carrying role; B2B experience preferred
  • Proven ability to prospect, qualify, and book meetings in a structured cadence
  • Experience with CRM and common sales tools such as Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Ability to operate with increasing autonomy and focus on continuous improvement
  • Successful candidates will be asked to clear a background check and drug test upon hire
