Job Summary
Seeking passionate individuals, the remote Business Development Representative will drive top-of-funnel growth by engaging K-12 and Higher Education decision-makers, setting meetings, and accelerating pipeline growth while collaborating with various internal teams.
Key responsibilities
- Engage decision-makers in K-12 and Higher Education to set high-quality discovery meetings that lead to qualified pipeline opportunities
- Build awareness and generate interest through strategic outreach across multiple channels including email, phone, and video
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Leadership to create and refine outreach strategies and ensure campaign targets are met
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Proven track record of setting qualified meetings that convert to pipeline
- Experience in K-12, Higher Education, or adjacent markets preferred
- Familiarity with Salesforce.com, Salesloft, and Gong preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
