Job Summary

Engaging with prospective clients, the full-time remote Business Development Representative will generate interest, qualify leads, and set meetings for Account Managers while thriving in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.

Key responsibilities:
  • Prospect and engage potential clients through phone, email, and social channels to generate new business opportunities
  • Qualify leads by identifying decision-makers, understanding client needs, and assessing potential fit
  • Schedule discovery calls between qualified prospects and Account Managers while maintaining accurate records in Salesforce
Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a related field (preferred)
  • Previous business development experience (a plus)
  • Strong communication skills and a driven mindset
  • Coachability and persistence
  • Recent and upcoming graduates are encouraged to apply
