Job Summary
Engaging with prospective clients, the full-time remote Business Development Representative will generate interest, qualify leads, and set meetings for Account Managers while thriving in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Prospect and engage potential clients through phone, email, and social channels to generate new business opportunities
- Qualify leads by identifying decision-makers, understanding client needs, and assessing potential fit
- Schedule discovery calls between qualified prospects and Account Managers while maintaining accurate records in Salesforce
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a related field (preferred)
- Previous business development experience (a plus)
- Strong communication skills and a driven mindset
- Coachability and persistence
- Recent and upcoming graduates are encouraged to apply
