Job Summary

To support a growing healthcare compliance mission, the full-time remote Business Development Representative will identify, connect with, and qualify prospects while managing outreach efforts and developing a sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilize email, phone, and social media channels for prospect outreach and relationship building
  • Research and qualify leads based on defined criteria to align with the ideal customer profile
  • Proactively manage a pipeline of qualified prospects to meet or exceed activity and meeting goals
Required Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in a business development, sales, or customer-facing role, ideally in SaaS
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs such as call volume and booked meetings
  • Comfortable using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and email automation platforms
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Collaborative mindset with a willingness to share feedback and contribute to team success
