Job Summary
Generating new business opportunities, the full-time Business Development Representative will conduct outbound cold calls, develop email campaigns, and utilize social platforms to educate prospects about healthcare technology solutions while collaborating with Regional Sales Managers.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound cold calls and develop email campaigns to demonstrate the value of solutions to prospects
- Research target leads and create analyses before handing them off to Regional Sales Managers
- Maintain detailed documentation and lead management activity using tools like HubSpot and Definitive Healthcare
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in communications, pre-med, business, marketing, or a related field preferred
- 1-2 years of professional experience in sales, marketing, or a related field is highly preferred
- Experience with tools such as HubSpot, LinkedIn, and Definitive Healthcare is a plus
- Cold outreach experience is required
- A strong interest in healthcare and a desire to develop a career in sales
