Job Summary
Motivated by results, the full-time remote Business Development Representative will identify, engage, and qualify prospective customers in the vocational sector through outbound prospecting and inbound lead follow-up, setting high-quality meetings for Account Executives.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails, and social media to generate new sales opportunities
- Follow up on inbound leads and tailor outreach based on research of target companies and contacts
- Schedule qualified meetings and demos for Account Executives, contributing to pipeline growth
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or at least 1 year of experience in outbound business development or inside sales
- Proven experience with cold calling and prospecting in a B2B environment
- Comfort using CRM systems, preferably Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics
- Strong organizational skills and ability to meet activity and conversion goals independently
- Experience or interest in vocational industries such as transportation, logistics, or construction is a plus
