Job Summary
Generating and qualifying leads remotely, the full-time Business Development Representative will build and manage a strong pipeline to support sales goals, research government contractors' needs, and conduct outreach through various channels.
Key responsibilities
- Building and managing a strong pipeline of leads to support Account Executives
- Researching government contractors' pain points and connecting them with solutions
- Conducting outreach via cold calls, emails, and social media to engage potential clients
Required qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in outbound sales, business development, or lead generation, preferably in software/SaaS
- Experience with sales tools such as Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Strong ability to identify leads and conduct outreach effectively
- U.S. citizenship with the ability to pass a Federal Background Check
