Job Summary

To support a growing sales team, the full-time Business Development Representative will manage outbound prospecting, qualify inbound leads, and facilitate smooth handoffs to Account Executives while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Research and identify target accounts, executing outbound sequences to key decision-makers
  • Qualify inbound leads through discovery conversations and prioritize based on fit and urgency
  • Coordinate handoffs of qualified opportunities to Account Executives and maintain accurate records in CRM
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Competitive, goal-oriented mindset with a desire to build a career in sales
  • Strong written communication skills, capable of crafting engaging outreach emails
  • Resilience and comfort with rejection in a sales environment
  • Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Apollo, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus
