Job Summary
Driven by performance metrics, the full-time remote Business Development Representative will engage in high-volume outbound sales activities, generating qualified leads and building a pipeline for Account Executives while competing for bonuses based on performance.
Key responsibilities
- Proactively conduct 60-80+ outbound dials daily and set 25-30+ SQL meetings per month
- Research target accounts and maintain accurate CRM data for effective forecasting and commission tracking
- Qualify prospects efficiently and navigate conversations with decision-makers using value-driven messaging
Required qualifications
- 1.5-2+ years of experience in an SDR/BDR or outbound sales role within B2B SaaS or tech
- Proven ability to generate new pipeline through cold outreach
- Strong phone presence and discovery skills
- Experience with CRM and sales tools such as HubSpot and Salesforce
- Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
