Job Summary
To drive revenue growth, the full-time remote Business Development Representative will generate new opportunities through proactive prospecting, engage with clients to promote Workforce Management Solutions, and collaborate with Account Executives to enhance deal flow.
Key responsibilities
- Generate new opportunities by making 80-100 outbound calls daily and conducting email campaigns
- Meet and exceed daily performance metrics for calls, emails, and new leads
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM to ensure transparency and collaboration
Required qualifications
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and a CRM system (Salesforce preferred)
- Strong communication skills to engage clients and present tailored solutions
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- A natural ability to build rapport across all organizational levels
- A positive, goal-oriented mindset with a desire to grow in a performance-driven environment
