Job Summary
Focused on outbound prospecting, the full-time Business Development Representative will engage with target accounts across the US through high-volume calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to generate qualified meetings and build a robust sales pipeline.
Key responsibilities
- Own outbound prospecting efforts within an assigned geographic territory and engage with target accounts
- Achieve daily activity targets, including 50 outbound calls, 40 emails, and 15 LinkedIn touches
- Build relationships with key stakeholders to uncover integration and automation initiatives while collaborating with marketing and sales teams
Required qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or outbound prospecting; SaaS experience is a plus
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Proven ability to generate pipeline through outbound channels and meet or exceed targets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage executives confidently
- Comfortable with high-volume phone outreach and adaptable to changing priorities
