Job Summary

To support a growing dental organization, the full-time Business Development Representative will manage cold calls, identify decision-makers, and collaborate on strategic sales approaches while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Cold-call prospects and identify decision-makers to initiate the sales process
  • Collaborate with laboratory leadership to develop strategic sales approaches and marketing campaigns
  • Deliver presentations and product demonstrations while maintaining relationships with existing customers
Required qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent required; 4-year degree preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of direct work experience in a sales or telephonic sales capacity
  • Demonstrated ability to convert prospects and close deals while meeting sales targets
  • Solid experience in opportunity qualification and account development
  • Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills
