Job Summary
To drive growth in the European market, the full-time remote Business Development Representative will generate qualified leads, engage with potential customers, and collaborate with internal teams to refine outreach strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Create outbound prospecting strategies to connect with potential clients through various channels
- Conduct initial conversations to understand prospects' needs and assess lead viability
- Maintain engagement with leads through regular follow-ups and share relevant content to facilitate buying decisions
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
- 1-3 years of business development or sales experience in the Life Sciences or Consumer Health industries
- Self-motivated and target-driven with an analytical mindset
- Proficient in sales tools including Salesforce and equivalent CRM platforms
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, dynamic start-up environment
