Job Summary
To support a growing sales team, the full-time Business Development Representative will conduct high-volume outbound prospecting, generate interest in solutions, and set qualified meetings for Account Executives while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails, and social selling to identify and qualify leads
- Research target accounts and decision-makers to develop personalized outreach strategies and execute outreach cadences
- Track all prospecting activities in the company's CRM system and collaborate with the sales team to improve messaging and strategies
Required qualifications
- 1+ year of experience in a sales development, business development, or lead generation role
- Strong drive and competitive mindset with a self-motivated work ethic
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to manage high outreach volumes
- Intellectual curiosity and eagerness to learn about the industry and company processes
- Comfort with making daily calls and delivering the company's value proposition
