Job Summary
To drive growth in the Mid-Market sales organization, the part-time hourly Business Development Representative will identify and engage potential leads, qualify opportunities, and set appointments for the sales team while working remotely on a contract basis.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct research and execute targeted outbound prospecting campaigns to identify and qualify high-potential Mid-Market clients
- Initiate conversations with key stakeholders to understand their needs and establish trust
- Coordinate meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team, ensuring prospects are well-prepared and informed
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in sales or as a Business Development Representative
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) with strong lead tracking skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for building professional relationships
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a proactive approach to achieving sales goals
