Job Summary
To drive growth in the Mid-Market segment, the full-time remote Business Development Representative will identify and engage potential leads, conduct strategic prospecting, and set appointments for the sales team while working a schedule of 9am to 6pm ET.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct research and execute targeted outbound prospecting campaigns to identify and qualify high-potential Mid-Market clients
- Initiate conversations with key stakeholders to build relationships and assess their business needs and challenges
- Collaborate with the sales team to set appointments and create a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in sales or as a Business Development Representative
- Proficiency in CRM software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on relationship building and trust
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proactive mindset towards achieving goals
