Job Summary
To drive sales and expand the client base, the full-time remote Business Development Representative will engage with potential clients through proactive outreach, manage relationships, and set appointments for Account Executives.
Key responsibilities
- Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails, achieving a minimum of 50 dials per day
- Build long-term trusting relationships and proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
- Report sales results to the Business Development Manager and maintain an 80% or above show rate for meetings
Required qualifications
- Proven work experience as a Business Development Representative or similar role
- Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques, including cold calls
- Track record of achieving sales quotas
- Experience with CRM software, such as HubSpot
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
