Job Summary
Driving new business opportunities, the full-time remote Business Development Representative will engage potential ALEX prospects through multi-channel approaches, including making 80-100 cold calls daily and setting qualified meetings with US employers.
Key responsibilities
- Set meetings with qualified contacts at US employers to drive new business
- Utilize Salesforce, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to research and add new prospects
- Collaborate with Account Executives and Channel Sales Managers to enhance sales processes
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of outbound outreach experience, particularly in high-volume cold calling and emailing
- Comfortable engaging with high-level executives over the phone
- Demonstrated diligence and accountability in previous roles
- Aptitude for research and discovery to identify potential client pain points
