Job Summary

Driving new business opportunities, the full-time remote Business Development Representative will engage potential ALEX prospects through multi-channel approaches, including making 80-100 cold calls daily and setting qualified meetings with US employers.

Key responsibilities
  • Set meetings with qualified contacts at US employers to drive new business
  • Utilize Salesforce, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to research and add new prospects
  • Collaborate with Account Executives and Channel Sales Managers to enhance sales processes
Required qualifications
  • 2+ years of outbound outreach experience, particularly in high-volume cold calling and emailing
  • Comfortable engaging with high-level executives over the phone
  • Demonstrated diligence and accountability in previous roles
  • Aptitude for research and discovery to identify potential client pain points
