Job Summary
Seeking a full-time, salaried Business Development Representative to work remotely, responsible for managing inbound leads, conducting outbound prospecting, and driving sales of QuickBooks and Intuit products while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage and qualify inbound leads, conducting discovery to recommend solutions and drive opportunities to close
- Proactively reach out to existing customers and dormant accounts to generate interest in upgrades and renewals
- Maintain an active pipeline and CRM records, tracking interactions and supporting accurate sales forecasting
Required Qualifications
- 1-3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or customer service
- Experience selling SaaS, accounting software, or technology solutions is preferred
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or Intuit products is preferred
- Experience with Salesforce CRM systems and sales tracking tools is preferred
- Associate Degree or equivalent experience
