Job Summary
To support a fast-growing SaaS platform transforming higher education workflows, the remote Business Development Representative will build and manage a sales pipeline, engage in cold outreach, and contribute to institutional outcomes.
Key responsibilities:
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline to drive enrollment solutions
- Conduct cold outreach across various channels to generate leads
- Collaborate with teams to meet and exceed outreach and pipeline goals
Required qualifications:
- 1+ years of BDR or inside sales experience, preferably in higher education SaaS
- Proven track record of exceeding outreach and pipeline goals in a territory-based role
- Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot
- Comfort with cold outreach via email, phone, and LinkedIn
- A bachelor's degree and U.S. residency
