Job Summary
Polished and articulate professionals will find a full-time remote Business Development Representative opportunity focused on generating qualified meetings for a luxury home staging and interior design sales team through high-volume outbound prospecting and inbound lead qualification.
Key responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting, including 40-60+ cold calls per day and personalized email outreach
- Lead discovery conversations to assess prospect needs and schedule qualified walkthroughs for Account Executives
- Accurately log all activities in CRM and track daily performance metrics to maintain pipeline hygiene
Required qualifications
- 2-4+ years of experience in a BDR, SDR, or outbound sales role, preferably selling to real estate professionals
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English
- Based in the United States or able to work U.S. business hours reliably
- Strong organizational skills with a process-oriented mindset
- Proficiency with CRM and sales engagement tools (e.g., Salesforce, Apollo, HubSpot)
