Job Summary
Driving growth in an innovative business, the full-time Business Development Representative will generate new demand and build a strong sales pipeline by engaging prospective clients and executing multi-channel outbound strategies, utilizing AI-enabled prospecting tools in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Proactively generate new demand through targeted outreach via calls, emails, and social media platforms
- Apply structured qualification frameworks to assess prospect fit and document findings in Salesforce CRM
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute outreach strategies that drive engagement and opportunity creation
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a Business Development or related Pipeline-Generation role
- Self-starter mindset with strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Advanced English proficiency (C1/C2 level) required
- Genuine curiosity about buyers and their business objectives
- Resilience and persistence in overcoming objections
