Job Summary
To expand the network of approved broker partners, the part-time Business Development Representative will engage with prospective clients, guide them through the approval process, and support loan submissions remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Proactively reach out to prospects in the CRM to introduce the wholesale lending platform and products
- Build and maintain a steady pipeline of new broker partners while tracking activity and progress in the CRM
- Drive growth in the number of loan officers actively submitting and closing loans by collaborating with sales and marketing teams
Required qualifications
- 1-3 years of sales or business development experience, preferably in mortgage, fintech, or B2B sales
- Experience using CRM tools to manage leads and track activity
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
- Goal-driven with a passion for exceeding performance targets
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
