Job Summary

Motivated by achieving goals, the full-time remote Business Development Representative will engage prospective customers, identify new business opportunities, and support strategic sales initiatives to accelerate pipeline growth.

Key responsibilities
  • Generate qualified sales opportunities through strategic outbound prospecting and lead engagement activities
  • Research and map target accounts to identify key stakeholders and strategic entry points
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to execute targeted outreach campaigns aligned with business growth objectives
Required qualifications
  • Experience in sales, business development, lead generation, or a customer-facing commercial role
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding performance metrics or sales goals
  • Proven experience conducting outbound prospecting activities, including phone outreach and email campaigns
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales engagement tools
  • Resilience and adaptability in navigating objections and changing priorities
