Job Summary
As a key member of the Business Development team, the full-time Business Development Representative will focus on generating new business opportunities through targeted outreach campaigns, nurturing inbound leads, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities by proactively prospecting target accounts and executing outreach actions across various channels
- Nurture inbound leads and ensure a seamless transition from interest to scheduled meetings with the sales team
- Develop and execute innovative outreach campaigns targeting key decision-makers within Fortune 500 accounts
Required qualifications
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in Business Development, Inside Sales, or related roles
- Proven ability to design and execute omnichannel outreach campaigns targeting executive personas
- Familiarity with HubSpot Sales Hub or similar tools for managing outbound workflows
- Experience leveraging account intelligence tools like 6Sense and Sales Navigator for targeted outreach
- Results-driven mindset with a passion for exceeding performance targets in a metric-driven environment
