Job Summary
Assisting in the identification and securing of new clients, the full-time Business Development Representative will manage customer interactions, validate leads, and support the sales team by generating qualified prospects in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Qualify customers and facilitate handoffs to the appropriate Account Executive
- Manage inbound leads through validation and triage processes
- Engage in outbound prospecting, including cold calls and appointment setting for Field Account Executives
Required qualifications:
- BA or BS from an accredited university or equivalent business experience in technology sales
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong negotiation skills and persuasive abilities
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Organized and self-disciplined with effective time-management skills
