Job Summary

Assisting in the identification and securing of new clients, the full-time Business Development Representative will manage customer interactions, validate leads, and support the sales team by generating qualified prospects in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities:
  • Qualify customers and facilitate handoffs to the appropriate Account Executive
  • Manage inbound leads through validation and triage processes
  • Engage in outbound prospecting, including cold calls and appointment setting for Field Account Executives
Required qualifications:
  • BA or BS from an accredited university or equivalent business experience in technology sales
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong negotiation skills and persuasive abilities
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Organized and self-disciplined with effective time-management skills
