Job Summary

To drive engagement and increase loan volume, the remote Business Development Representative will make outbound calls to Powersports/RV/Marine dealerships, qualify leads, and maintain client databases while achieving monthly production goals.

Key responsibilities
  • Make multiple outbound calls to Powersports/RV/Marine dealerships, including cold calling
  • Achieve monthly production, enrollment, and engagement goals
  • Create and maintain a database and/or CRM of current and prospective clients
Required qualifications
  • 0-2 years of experience with inside sales or in a high call volume environment
  • High School degree or equivalent
  • Energetic, friendly, and goal-driven with the ability to handle rejection
  • Understanding of how to prioritize multiple tasks and manage time efficiently
  • Familiarity with G-Suite and Microsoft Office applications
