Job Summary

To support commercial growth, the full-time salaried Business Development Representative will manage a large portfolio of accounts, engage in high-volume outbound sales activities, and maintain accurate records in Salesforce while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and develop a portfolio of accounts to drive engagement and uncover new opportunities
  • Execute high-volume outbound activities to generate and advance the sales pipeline
  • Maintain accurate records in Salesforce, tracking account activity and pipeline stages
Required Qualifications:
  • 2-5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or inside sales roles
  • Demonstrated success in high-activity, outbound sales environments
  • Strong organizational skills to manage a large volume of accounts and opportunities
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, particularly Salesforce
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; experience in commercial furniture or related industries is a plus
