Job Summary
To drive growth in the Mid-Market sales organization, the remote, part-time Business Development Representative will identify and engage potential leads, qualify opportunities, and set appointments for the sales team to enhance revenue generation.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct research and execute targeted outbound prospecting campaigns to identify and qualify high-potential Mid-Market clients
- Build relationships with key stakeholders, assessing their needs and challenges related to financial management and accounting
- Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team, ensuring prospects are well-prepared and informed
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in sales or as a Business Development Representative
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and lead management best practices
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse stakeholders
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proactive mindset focused on achieving sales goals
