Job Summary
Driven and ambitious, the full-time Business Development Representative will qualify inbound leads, conduct outbound outreach to targeted clinics, and ensure smooth handoffs to Account Executives while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Qualify inbound leads and schedule meetings with Account Executives
- Conduct outbound calls to targeted physical therapy and chiropractic practices
- Maintain accurate CRM records and confirm booked demos to reduce no-shows
Required qualifications
- No degree or prior sales experience required; attitude and coachability are prioritized
- Strong desire to pursue a career in sales and willingness to put in the effort
- Comfortable making phone calls and engaging with prospects
- Ability to handle rejection and adapt based on feedback
- Organized with clear communication skills for interactions with prospects and teammates
