Job Summary

Driven and ambitious, the full-time Business Development Representative will qualify inbound leads, conduct outbound outreach to targeted clinics, and ensure smooth handoffs to Account Executives while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Qualify inbound leads and schedule meetings with Account Executives
  • Conduct outbound calls to targeted physical therapy and chiropractic practices
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and confirm booked demos to reduce no-shows
Required qualifications
  • No degree or prior sales experience required; attitude and coachability are prioritized
  • Strong desire to pursue a career in sales and willingness to put in the effort
  • Comfortable making phone calls and engaging with prospects
  • Ability to handle rejection and adapt based on feedback
  • Organized with clear communication skills for interactions with prospects and teammates
