Job Summary

To drive client acquisition in a sophisticated market, the full-time remote Business Development Representative will conduct high volumes of outbound calls, generate qualified leads, and build relationships with prospective law firms using various social media platforms.

Key responsibilities:
  • Perform a high volume of outbound calls to prospective law firms
  • Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings for the Business Development team
  • Achieve weekly and monthly Key Performance Indicators while exceeding team goals
Required qualifications:
  • Experience with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce
  • Familiarity with MS Office, including Excel and Outlook Calendaring
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Experience in the Professional Services sector (legal, financial, medical, etc.)
  • Ability to creatively set up first meetings and thrive under pressure
