Job Summary

To support outbound demand generation efforts, the full-time remote Business Development Representative will conduct prospecting activities, schedule meetings with potential clients, and collaborate with Account Executives to drive sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound prospecting to uncover potential opportunities and set meetings with prospective buyers
  • Track and forecast all activities via Salesforce and Outreach, while presenting product value propositions to potential clients
  • Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders across target accounts to influence decision-makers
Required Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience as an outbound BDR in a SaaS/B2B sales organization
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Outreach.io, SalesNavigator, or similar sales technology platforms
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets in a B2B environment
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and a passion for sales excellence
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex solutions
