Job Summary

To drive new business growth and expand the enterprise pipeline, the full-time remote Business Development Representative (BDR) will identify and engage high-value prospects through inbound lead conversion and targeted outbound outreach, collaborating closely with Sales and Marketing teams.

Key responsibilities
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities through calls, emails, and social outreach
  • Convert inbound leads into qualified opportunities and book meetings for Account Executives
  • Research target accounts and personalize outreach to tailor pitches for different industries and buyer personas
Required qualifications
  • Experience in sales or business development, preferably in B2B SaaS or tech
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding monthly quotas
  • Strong cold calling skills and experience crafting personalized outreach
  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business, Marketing, or related field preferred, or relevant work experience
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a competitive nature
