Job Summary
Seeking self-motivated individuals, the full-time remote Business Development Representative will qualify leads, nurture client relationships, and pass qualified prospects to the sales team to drive new consignment business.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for prospective clients interested in consigning
- Qualify marketing-generated leads through daily outreach and manage inbound inquiries
- Nurture leads with ongoing follow-up via phone, text, and email while educating them on the consignment process
Required qualifications
- High degree of professionalism with excellent phone demeanor
- Strong customer service and analytical skills
- Comfortable using software such as G-Suite, Email, SalesForce, and CRM systems
- Ability to commit to full-time hours, including one weekend day
- Self-motivated with a solutions-focused mentality and adaptability to change
