Job Summary

Seeking a motivated and inclusive Business Development Representative, the full-time remote position will focus on managing high volumes of inbound leads and outbound business development, ensuring a client-first approach to drive growth in the wealth management sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to execute strategies for managing and converting inbound leads
  • Regularly perform against individual monthly and quarterly targets, including pipeline creation and conversion rates
  • Utilize CRM tools and advanced prospecting tools to generate qualified meetings and build trust with prospects
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience required
  • 3 years of experience in a SaaS business or sales development representative role
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce, Outreach.io, and Zoominfo
  • Strong history of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Experience in both inbound and outbound sales channels
