Job Summary
Seeking a motivated Business Development Representative for a full-time remote position, who will manage high volumes of inbound leads and outbound business development while ensuring a client-first approach to contribute to growth in the wealth management sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to execute strategies for managing and converting inbound leads
- Regularly perform against individual monthly and quarterly targets, including pipeline creation and conversion rates
- Utilize CRM tools and advanced prospecting tools to generate qualified meetings and maintain a high level of daily outreach activity
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience required
- 3 years of experience as a SaaS business or sales development representative
- Solid understanding of Salesforce, Outreach.io, and Zoominfo
- Strong history of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Experience in both inbound and outbound sales channels
